IBM Think and IBM Partner Day

For two consecutive years, I supported IBM Think and IBM Partner Plus Day in Boston as an associate producer and graphics operator with the GPJ / Tempo Live Events production team.

I worked directly with speakers during rehearsals, helping them make presentation edits and prepare their content for the stage. As updates came in, I coordinated with the production team to ensure the latest graphics were ready for each session.

During live sessions, I operated presentation graphics in step with speaker delivery and production cues. The work required close attention to content accuracy, clear communication, and the ability to respond to changes as the show progressed.

Returning for both programs in 2026 allowed me to build on the previous year’s experience and continue supporting speakers and the production team from rehearsal through live execution.
